Watchtower continues to establish meaningful relationships across the country. One of the more recent established relationships has been with the United States Lifesaving Association (USLA).
The USLA is “America's nonprofit, professional association of beach lifeguards and open water rescuers. The USLA works to reduce the incidence of death and injury in the aquatic environment through public education, national lifeguard standards, training programs, promotion of high levels of lifeguard readiness, and other means.”
This relationship has developed into a partnership which will help both the USLA and Watchtower in their missions to help lifeguards first and foremost. Watchtower’s modern software platform will help the USLA with their data collection and analysis. Agencies across the country who are installed as USLA members must provide annual statistics to the USLA.
Watchtower will serve as a medium between agency and USLA. The entire process from start to finish will be much more efficient. Through the data collection and reporting features, agencies will now spend seconds instead of strenuous hours and days in their end of year report obligations. The USLA will now have streamlined data aggregation and their reporting, storage, and database will be strengthened through the Watchtower team.
This beautiful friendship between Watchtower, agencies, and the USLA will serve to provide better data analysis, reporting, and storage. This will also enable lifeguards to focus more on the operation and keeping people safe. It will grant lifeguards the ability to spend less time in the “books” so to speak. The Watchtower team is excited to continue fulfilling our mission of providing public safety teams with modern software tools to keep people safe. See you on the beach!
